How it works without slots
In cities without slots there is no block calendar and no queue for hours. You book nothing, so there is nothing to cancel either.
One rule stays the same: in Glovo you don't drop orders you have accepted. That has nothing to do with slots.
The second wave — from 28 September
From 28 September 2026 another 75 cities work without slot booking, including Wrocław, Toruń, Opole, Częstochowa and Gliwice. This wave was first planned for 21 September, but the start was moved by a week. Łódź stays on slots for now. You can check whether your city is on the list below or on its own page.
Szczecin — Prawobrzeże only
In Szczecin only the right-bank district (Prawobrzeże) runs without slots. In the rest of the city you still book hours in the app.
What it changes for you
- Glovo is easier to combine with other apps: if Uber Eats or Wolt also runs in your city, you switch between them during the day.
- You don't have to plan the week ahead or fight for good hours.
- As a newcomer you are not stuck with the worst slots — there are simply no slots.
