Debica sits on the Wisłoka river, about 30 km east of Tarnów on the way to Rzeszów, and has 42,223 residents (as of 31.12.2025). You deliver with Glovo, slot-free since 28 September 2026, and with Uber Eats; one settlement partner can run both apps for you at the same time.
The foothills start outside town
The area around Debica joins the Sandomierz Basin with the Strzyżów Foothills; hills of up to about 450 m lie south of town. Debica itself had about 12 km of cycle routes in 2023, including a new one along ul. Mościckiego and a path by the small northern bypass.
Two A4 exits and a zone at the Rynek
The A4 runs just north of town with the Dębica Zachód and Dębica Wschód junctions; from the latter DW985 (ul. Sandomierska in town) leads to the centre and Mielec. Parking is paid on weekdays 9:00–17:00: 2.40 zł/h on the Rynek, 1.60 zł/h in zone I (e.g. Kolejowa, Żeromskiego).

Debica covers 33.85 km² and has 11 estates: Centrum by the Rynek, Gawrzyłowa, Kępa – Wolica, Kawęczyn – Pana Tadeusza, Słoneczne, Świętosława, Mickiewicza, plus north and south parts of both Krakowska and Rzeszowska. The Igloopol area lies on the north side of the railway.
The Rynek and Galeria Raj on Rzeszowska
Your first pickup area is the Centrum estate around the Rynek — the priciest parking zone, so a bike gets you to the door faster. The second is the Galeria Raj shopping centre at ul. Rzeszowska 114. After 17:00 and at weekends, parking by the Rynek is free.
Tyres made in Debica since 1939
The tyre factory at ul. 1 Maja 1 opened on 4 April 1939 as part of the Central Industrial District, and Goodyear has been its strategic investor since 1995. At the end of 2018 the company employed 2,872 people. In 2023 a road along ul. Metalowców to the Dębica Industrial Park was also under construction.
