Nysa for couriers: the river, the bypass, Dekada
Glovo, Uber Eats and Pyszne in the Silesian Rome
Its Gothic and Baroque churches earned Nysa the nickname of the Silesian Rome. The town has 39,887 residents (as of 31.12.2025), and you can deliver food here for Glovo, Uber Eats and Pyszne. Glovo has needed no slots since 14 September 2026, and one settlement partner lets you combine several apps.
On the Nysa Klodzka, across 27.5 km²
The town sits on the Nysa Klodzka river at about 195 m above sea level and covers 27.5 km², so central runs are short and a bike or e-bike is enough. Right in the middle there is a 42-hectare park on ul. Powstańców Śląskich. You can also get to your shift on an MZK Nysa town bus.
DK41/DK46 bypass and a weekday parking zone
Since 2017 through traffic has used a 16.5 km DK41/DK46 bypass. The paid parking zone runs Monday to Friday: the first hour costs 3 zł (2024 rate), a day ticket (8:00–18:00) 20 zł, and a stop of up to 15 minutes with a zero ticket is free. Since 2024 the station car park has been paid too.
The centre, Podzamcze and riverside estates
Most addresses are in the town centre around the Rynek and on the large Podzamcze estate. On ul. Szlak Chrobrego, where Nysa vans were once built, new blocks with river views are going up. The economic zone sits on ul. Dubois and ul. Karpacka, and beyond the bypass lie the villages of Gmina Nysa.
Dekada and the renovated Rynek
The Dekada mall is in the centre, at the corner of ul. Kolejowa and ul. Wolności: about 50 shops on almost 20,000 m² and a food zone upstairs. The Rynek, renovated in 2022, has a multimedia fountain by the Town Weigh House and over 50 parking spaces. The Triton Fountain is on nearby ul. Bracka.
