• If you contact us via Telegram — data passed to the bot in accordance with Telegram's rules.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process the form data in order to refer you for registration with our settlement partner (Eter, join.eter.app), which helps you start working as a courier. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We process technical and analytics data to measure the effectiveness of the website and advertising (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — only after you consent to cookies.

4. Data Recipients

• Settlement partner Eter (join.eter.app) — receives the form data for registration purposes.
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — analytics and advertising data, after cookie consent.
• Meta (Facebook pixel) — advertising data, after cookie consent.
• Telegram — if you use the bot.

5. Retention Period

We keep the form data for up to 12 months from the date it is transferred, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].
