Does changing the settlement partner cost anything?
No. The in-app procedures are free. You only pay the new partner's standard commission on settlements — just like with your current one.
Do I have to inform my current partner?
In Glovo — no: our partner handles the change request for you. In Uber Eats and Wolt the switch runs through registration with the new partner; terminating the old contract depends on its terms.
How long does it take?
Depends on the app: Uber Eats and Bolt Food — usually within 1 day, Glovo — 2–3 days, and in Wolt the change takes effect from the end of the month (both partners file requests).
