The DK22 runs through town, the bypass is still to come
The DK22 and DW222 cross Starogard, and the A1 motorway skirts the town to the east. Through traffic and lorries use the town section of the DK22 — a bypass of nearly 16 km is due in 2030. In 2019, parking by the town hall on the Rynek was paid on weekdays 9:00–18:00 (3 zł/h) and free at weekends.
From the Rynek to the Piastów estate
The centre is built around the Rynek and its neo-Renaissance town hall. Orders go to the Kopernika, 60-lecia, Konstytucji 3 Maja, 800-lecia Starogardu, Nad Jarem, Nadzieja, Piastów and Ks. Szumana estates. Tczew is about 25 km away via the DK22 and DK91, Gdansk about 40 km to the north.
Galeria Neptun on ul. Pomorska
The main pickup point is Galeria Neptun at the corner of ul. Pomorska and al. Jana Pawła II: about 100 tenants, a food section and an underground car park for over 600 cars, on the site of the old Neptun shoe factory. In the old town you collect orders by the Rynek, near the Gdańsk Gate.
Polpharma and an 1871 distillery
