Three apps in the city on the Vistula

Flat in the centre, farther out in Zawiśle
Śródmieście, Zazamcze and Południe lie low by the Vistula and are easy riding, so a regular bike is plenty. Runs to the left bank are different: Zawiśle lies across the river and the routes there are longer, so an e-bike or a scooter is more comfortable.
Two crossings and a zone 8–18
You can reach the other bank of the Vistula only by the Śmigły-Rydz bridge or along the crest of the dam on al. Popiełuszki. The paid parking zone runs Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00: 3.10 zł for the first hour, 1.50 zł for 30 minutes, free at weekends. Through traffic uses the A1 motorway west of the city.
