Miedzyzdroje for couriers: the promenade, the hills, the season
Glovo with no slots in a Wolin island resort
On Wolin island, right by the national park's cliffs, lies Miedzyzdroje, a resort town home to 4,807 people (as of 31.12.2025). You deliver food here with Glovo, with no slot booking since 5 October 2026. When other apps arrive, you can add them through the same settlement partner.
Flat by the beach, uphill to the hills
The centre by the beach and the pier is compact, but the hills start right behind it: Kawcza Góra rises to 61 m above sea level and Gosań, about 4 km from the centre, to 94 m. There is no bike path along the DW102 yet, so you ride in traffic or detour via ul. Warnowska through the national park.
The S3 to Wolin, the DW102 and paid parking
Since late June 2025 the S3 expressway has taken you from Miedzyzdroje to the Wolin Zachód junction (12 km), and Swinoujscie is about 13 km away. The DW102 to Kolobrzeg also starts here. The town has a paid parking zone (set up in 2019), so check the signs when you stop for a pickup.
A 5.2 km² town in a 117 km² municipality
The town itself covers just 5.2 km², so runs around the centre are short. The municipality, though, spans 117 km² and also includes Wapnica, Lubin, Wicko, Zalesie, Grodno and Trzciągowo, so an order to one of those villages means a noticeably longer trip.
The promenade along ul. Bohaterów Warszawy
Summer life in the resort centres on the promenade along ul. Bohaterów Warszawy, which leads to the Avenue of Stars and the 395 m pier, the longest concrete pier in Poland. Pl. Neptuna and ul. Zwycięstwa are close by; it pays to know the shortcuts between the promenade and the streets behind it.
