A Guinness-record wicker basket stands on pl. Niepodległości, and the town's 13,282 residents (GUS, 31.12.2025) order food through Glovo. Since 5 October 2026 the app has worked without slots. One settlement partner lets you run several apps at once — handy if you also ride in Poznan.
Flat ground, short trips
The town sits at about 70 m above sea level and covers just 5.2 km², so most trips are a few minutes on flat roads. The only high ground is Glińskie Góry, a dune up to 99 m in the village of Przyłęk, outside town. Your own bike or e-bike is enough day to day.
New DW305 section with a viaduct
On 9 January 2026 a new 2.2 km stretch of road DW305 opened between ul. Celna and ul. Kolejowa. Its viaduct over railway line 3 (Warsaw–Kunowice) replaced a level crossing, and through traffic now skips the built-up area. The western entry leads in from the A2 motorway.
Dense town, wide municipality
With about 2,600 people per km² on 5.2 km², addresses in town, including os. Północ, are close together. Around it lies a rural municipality with villages such as Boruja Kościelna, Sękowo and Paproć — whether the app sends you that far depends on the delivery zone.
Pl. Niepodległości and the Mickiewicza promenade
