How to switch in the app

Register with the new settlement partner (our partner is on Wolt's official partner list).

Complete registration with the new partner — documents and contract online.

Both partners file requests: the current one releases you, the new one takes you on — our partner files theirs, make sure your current one files too.

Once settlements are switched, you deliver with the new partner.

A partner change in Wolt only takes effect on the first working day after the month closes, so plan it ahead — a request filed mid-month will wait anyway. Both partners file the request, the current one and the new one, and without both of them the transfer will not go through. Do not terminate the old contract yourself — that company settles your current month. Our partner is on Wolt's official partner list; your courier account and history stay with you.
