One thing worth knowing: in Uber Eats the amount shown in the app includes VAT, so your partner is legally required to pass it on and you will see that deduction on your settlement. It is not a scam — unlike apps where the amount is already net and no VAT may be deducted at all. Just check that the deducted amount matches the gross-to-net difference from the app.
