Courier jobs with Wolt Rzeszow
Rzeszow is growing faster than any other city in Poland: the aviation valley, IT companies and two universities pull people in from across the whole Podkarpacie region. Orders keep growing alongside the new estates, while the core of the city stays small and compact.
Working with Wolt — how it works
Among couriers, Wolt has a reputation as the most civilised app on the market: no slots, a clear fee on every job and support that answers within minutes. You go online when you want to ride — the rest is there on the screen.
Working with Wolt Rzeszow — areas, hours, transport
Where the orders are
The Market Square and the centre are the heart of the job flow, and the bridges over the Wislok lead to densely built-up Nowe Miasto and Podpromie. Baranowka and Krakowska Poludnie add the estate evenings, and the university areas add the student ones.
When to ride
Most of the action happens between 17:30 and 21:00, and office lunches keep growing along with the number of companies in the city. The academic year deepens the weekday evenings, and weekends hold their level all year round.
What to ride
The centre is compact and a bike copes with it easily, but the new estates are spread out wide — a scooter is the better call out there. The crossings over the Wislok can bottleneck during the evening commute home.
On a short shift, stay on one side of the Wislok — the crossings add minutes nobody gives back. During the big events on the Market Square, foot traffic can block the way in, so plan the last stretch on foot.
Wolt or other apps?
All the big apps run in Rzeszow, Bolt Food included, so there is plenty of choice and switching between them is easy. It is worth knowing, though, that moving to another fleet on Wolt runs on a monthly cycle: requests go in from both sides, and the switch only shows once the month closes.
How to start working with Wolt — 3 steps
Starting with Wolt does not require a company of your own, but it does require a settlement partner — without one the platform will not open an account. You register with a partner from the official list, sign the contract online and, once activated, pick your first jobs.
Full name, e-mail and phone — they carry over into the partner's system, so you type them once.
Upload a scan of your ID on the site and sign the contract electronically. No need to wait for a call first.
Settlements and payouts live there. The advisor may call later, even a week on — your registration moves ahead regardless.

Included: a Medicover card with a sports package, cheaper fuel and BLIK payouts.
Questions about working with Wolt — Rzeszow
Is Wolt a good place to start in Rzeszow?
It is a sensible start, because you do not build a schedule or reserve hours — you switch the app on whenever you have time. The rest depends on how many evenings a week you can actually free up.
Where should I wait for jobs in Rzeszow?
The safest bet is around the Market Square and the adjoining streets of the centre. In the evenings it also makes sense to circle between the centre and Nowe Miasto, since routes run both ways.
I already ride under another partner — can I switch?
You can, though the procedure takes its time: a request has to come in from both companies, the current one and the new one, and the switch itself happens at the start of the following month. You do not have to stop riding, because the current month's settlement stays with the old fleet.
What documents do I need to deliver with Wolt?
The platform itself asks for two things: you must be 18 or over and hold a valid identity document. The rest sits with the settlement partner — Polish citizens need a dowód osobisty (ID card), foreigners a passport plus proof of legal stay (karta pobytu — residence card, a visa or PESEL UKR). The partner checks the full set and helps with legalisation.
Do I need to register my own business?
Without a company of your own you still ride legally: all the paperwork is taken over by a settlement partner from Wolt's official list. Most couriers choose this route, because it needs no bookkeeping and no trips to government offices.
Do I have to accept every job?
Turning a job down is not punished — you can simply let it go. Wolt publishes no official threshold, but you can see your acceptance rate in the app, and from couriers' experience it is better to keep it above 60%, and closer to 80% is more comfortable: accounts have been blocked where the rate was very low and jobs were dropped often. Cancelling a job you have already accepted is a separate matter — there is a limit on those and you report them through support.
Is my city actually taking on couriers?
Wolt activates new accounts only where recruitment in that city is open — in smaller cities it is sometimes closed for a while. The partner's advisor checks the current status before you collect your documents, so you do not spend time waiting for nothing.
What happens if I take a longer break?
A longer break puts your account to sleep: after about a month without deliveries it needs reactivation, which the partner handles. If you are planning a pause, it is worth telling your advisor — coming back on line is easier that way.
How do jobs reach me, and how do I know what I will earn?
Each job appears on screen with the route and the amount — the decision to accept is yours. The fee depends above all on distance, and at the peaks or in bad weather the app adds boosts.
Can I combine Wolt with other apps?
Wolt sits comfortably alongside Uber Eats or Bolt Food — two apps at once let you fill the gaps between peaks. Glovo is a separate story: orders there come almost without a break, so it is ridden separately.
When will I see my first money?
Settlements run through the partner's app — you can request a payout even daily, BLIK included. No waiting for fixed payout cycles.
Do I need to speak Polish?
Basic Polish or English is perfectly enough — the app runs on the map, and contact with the customer comes down to handing over the order. You can go through registration and support in Russian or Ukrainian.
What is a settlement partner in Wolt?
A settlement partner signs the contract with the courier and takes over dealings with the authorities — that way you deliver legally without registering a company. Wolt keeps an official list of trusted partners, and our partner is on it.
I already deliver with Wolt under another partner — can I switch?
Moving to another settlement partner is handled on a monthly cycle: both partners file the request, and the account passes to the new one after the month ends. You do not have to stop riding — the current month is settled by your existing company. We describe the whole process on a separate page.
