Since 5 October 2026 you no longer book blocks of hours in advance — you log in to Glovo whenever you have time and wait for orders. As of October 2026, Uber Eats, Wolt, Bolt Food, Pyszne and Stuart also work here, and you can combine several of them through one settlement partner on an umowa zlecenie (civil contract).

You typically take home 25–55 zł an hour — that is after deductions, not gross. With Uber Eats in heavy rain or snow it can reach 60–80 zł/h. Short runs between Pogoria, the station and Gołonóg fit more orders into an hour than trips to Strzemieszyce, Ząbkowice or Błędów at the far end of a 188 km² city. For Centrum, Gołonóg and Reden a bike is enough — you can rent or buy one. With up to about 130 m of height difference, an e-bike helps. For Tucznawa, Błędów or Strzemieszyce, through forest and along the S1, a scooter or car is faster.

Tram rails on Al. Piłsudskiego, Królowej Jadwigi and Sobieskiego — after rain and in winter a bike easily loses grip on them. At the Pogoria and Gołonóg junctions you mix with fast traffic coming off the S1. Runs to Błędów or Łosień mean long stretches through forest, so make sure you have good lights after dark.

Most around lunchtime and from early evening, as people get home from work, and on Fridays and Saturdays it stays busy longer. In summer, warm weekends pull residents to the Pogoria lakes, and volleyball matches at Hala Centrum on Al. Róż 3 (2,944 seats) or shows at the Palace of Culture liven up the centre.
