Radomsko has 41,909 residents (GUS, 31.12.2025). Since 5 October 2026 Glovo has worked here without booking slots — you switch the app on whenever you have time. For now it is the only delivery app in town; when others arrive, one settlement partner lets you ride for several at once.

Flat, compact and served by MPK buses

Radomsko lies at 220–254 m above sea level, so there are no steep climbs, and the whole town covers 51.4 km². MPK buses run across town — in 2020 there were 6 urban lines. An ordinary bike does the job day to day; a scooter helps on longer runs.

The A1 outside town, the DK91 through it

The A1 motorway bypasses the town, and the Radomsko junction with the DK42 has been open since 14 December 2020. The DK91 and railway line 1 Warsaw–Katowice, dating from 1846, both run through Radomsko. At the end of 2025 there was no paid parking zone yet — the town was only considering one.

13 districts on 51.4 km²

The town is divided into 13 districts, from Centrum, Osiedle Tysiąclecia and Osiedle Adama Mickiewicza to Stobiecko Miejskie, Bogwidzowy, Kowalowiec and Sucha Wieś. Bartodzieje, Folwarki and Saniki are former villages that were absorbed into the town — runs out to the edges can be longer.

Galeria Radomsko on ul. Metalurgii has been open since 2016, and in 2026 it is adding new buildings. The other key area is the centre around the market square and the town hall, which houses the Regional Museum. By car you can park, for example, between ul. Reymonta and Al. Jana Pawła II.

Bentwood furniture since 1881 and Różewicz's birthplace

Radomsko is an industrial town: the bentwood furniture factory founded here in 1881 by the Thonet family, known as Fameg, was for decades one of the biggest employers — at the end of September 2026 the company filed for bankruptcy. Poet Tadeusz Różewicz was born here, and the Różewicz Open Festiwal bears his name.
