As of October 2026, you deliver with Glovo in Kętrzyn. Since 5 October 2026 the app has worked here without slots: you do not book hours, you just log in when you want to ride. A contract through a settlement partner lets you add more apps if they arrive in town.

You typically take home 25–55 zł an hour — that is after deductions, not gross. With Uber Eats in heavy rain or snow it can reach 60–80 zł/h. In Kętrzyn you ride only with Glovo for now, and the town covers about 10 km², so runs are short and what counts most is the number of orders, not the distance. Usually yes: the town is compact and most addresses are on the north bank of the Guber. On the climbs out of the river valley and on runs to the estate in the south, an e-bike saves your legs. In winter and for longer trips a scooter or car is more comfortable.

Until the bypass is finished (due in Q2 2028), regional roads 591, 592 and 594 carry through traffic across town. The railway line crosses Kętrzyn from east to west, so some runs take you over the tracks. In winter take care on the slopes of the Guber valley.

Orders usually pick up around lunchtime and in the evening, and at weekends they spread across the whole day. In summer tourists come to town and to the Wolf's Lair in nearby Gierłoż, so in season it pays to wait for orders close to the centre by the castle.

An ID card or passport, a PESEL number and a Polish bank account are enough. Non-EU citizens also need a residence card, a visa that allows them to work, or UKR status; for a car or scooter you need a driving licence and the vehicle papers. Everything is uploaded online to the settlement partner. Once your account is active in Kętrzyn, you can ride with Glovo straight away, with no slots to book.
