What happens to Glovo in Poland
Markets with competition risks, including Poland, were left out of the deal. Glovo’s Polish business is set to go to the New York fund SSW Partners, which plans to sell it on. The reason: in Poland Uber Eats and Glovo are direct competitors.
What changes for couriers
Nothing for now. Until the deal closes, Glovo and Uber Eats run separately on the current rules. You can ride with both apps in parallel.
