How it works
- The customer pays cash at the door and you keep the money.
- The cash amount is deducted automatically from your next payout for cashless orders — nothing to report by hand.
- You only get cash orders if your balance of earnings is high enough.
Can you switch it off
Yes. You can turn off cash orders in the Uber Driver app settings, under preferences. Taking part is voluntary.
How to start
You join Uber Eats through a settlement partner — no business of your own. The partner signs the contract with you, settles your orders and pays you out.
You see the fee for every order in the app before you accept it.
