- Transparent settlements and commissions — a code of good practice, including when rates change.
- A voice for the sector while laws on platform work are drafted.
- Safety standards, training and insurance.
What it means for couriers
Nothing changes in the apps or contracts for now. The association is mainly the partners’ voice in talks about the law. When choosing a partner, still check the price list and contract in writing.
