- The European Commission cleared the deal in August 2025.
- The Commission’s condition: within 12 months Prosus will cut its stake in Delivery Hero, the owner of Glovo, to a single-digit percentage.
- The new owner plans to use artificial intelligence more widely on the platform.
What changes for Pyszne couriers
Nothing for now: the app, the rules and the payouts work as before. A change of owner is a group-level decision. If the rules for couriers change, you will hear about it in the app and from your partner.
