What changes
- The fee for the oświadczenie is 400 zł (it was 100 zł).
- Only citizens of four countries can use the procedure: Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine.
- Georgia is removed from the list. Declarations registered before 1 December 2025 stay valid until they expire.
- Cases started and not finished before 1 December follow the old rules.
What about Ukrainians with UKR status?
People with UKR status still work on the basis of a powiadomienie o powierzeniu pracy. That is a separate procedure, and the new fee does not apply to it.
What it means for couriers
The oświadczenie is filed by whoever gives you the work — if you work through a settlement partner, that is the partner. Ask them who pays the fee and how long registration at the labour office takes.
