Minimum hourly rate 2027: 32.30 zł gross
On 15 September 2026 the regulation on the 2027 minimum wage was published in the Journal of Laws (Dz.U. poz. 1213). From 1 January 2027 the minimum hourly rate under an umowa zlecenie will be 32.30 zł gross (now 31.40 zł), and the minimum wage 4,950 zł gross.
Who it applies to
The rate applies to an umowa zlecenie and an umowa o świadczenie usług with a private person. The parties should agree in the contract how hours are counted. If they did not, the contractor reports how many hours they worked.
When the rate does not apply
The minimum rate does not apply when all of these hold at once: you decide where you do the work, you decide when, and you are paid by commission (prowizja) only.
What it means for couriers
In delivery apps you are usually paid per order, not per hour. Check your contract with the partner to see how your pay is calculated and whether it provides for recording hours.
