Courier earnings calculator: what you take home and whether your payout adds up

20 October 2026

Our site now has a new courier earnings calculator. You enter the amount from the apps, tick the options that apply to you and see what you take home and how much your partner should transfer. We calculate to the grosz — the way a settlement partner does on umowa zlecenie.

  • Flexible hours — you choose when to ride
  • No commission on Glovo, Uber Eats and Pyszne with our partner
  • Civil contract (umowa zlecenie) — no company needed
Register online

You register through a settlement partner (fleet), not directly in the app.

What the calculator works out

  • 23% VAT — only on Uber Eats and excluding tips. Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food and Pyszne already show amounts without VAT.
  • The Glovo fee of 4.92 zł a week — Glovo shows it under your earnings and takes it itself.
  • ZUS contributions: pension 9.76%, disability 1.5% and the voluntary sickness contribution of 2.45% if you pay it.
  • The 9% health contribution and the 12% PIT advance after 20% deductible costs.
  • Cash from customers: it is also your income, but you already have it, so the partner deducts it from the transfer.
  • The partner fee for Wolt and Bolt Food and the early-payout fee, if you use it.

The result depends on your age and status

Not sure which status to pick? Choose “Not sure” — we calculate as for 26+, with the highest deductions.

  • Student under 26: pays neither ZUS nor tax on umowa zlecenie.
  • Under 26, not a student: you pay contributions but no PIT thanks to the youth relief — up to 85,528 zł of revenue a year.
  • 26+: ZUS, the health contribution and PIT are deducted.
  • You have a main job paying at least 4,806 zł gross: only the health contribution and PIT are deducted from umowa zlecenie.

How to check your partner’s payout

Below the result there is a field called “What you were actually paid”. Enter the transfer amount from your partner’s app and the calculator shows whether it matches. A difference of up to 10 grosz a week is normal rounding of contributions.

If more is missing, ask your partner where the difference comes from. And if the answer does not convince you, switch partner.

Example: 1,600 zł for a week

A courier aged 26+ with no other job earns 1,600 zł in the apps in a week: 1,200 zł from Uber Eats (including 40 zł in tips) and 400 zł from Glovo. Take-home pay is 995.51 zł. See the full step-by-step breakdown in the post how much a courier takes home.

Why less reaches your account than the app shows

The app shows the amount before contributions and tax, and Uber Eats also includes VAT. The partner deducts contributions and the PIT advance, pays the Uber Eats VAT to the state and subtracts customer cash from the transfer, because you already have it.

The calculator shows each of these items separately, so you can see straight away where the difference comes from.

Good to know

  • The calculator works for umowa zlecenie under standard settlement rules. It is not tax advice.
  • It is available in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian — pick the language in the site menu.
