What changes
- No more combining an umowa zlecenie with a vehicle or equipment rental agreement.
- All Glovo earnings are settled on the umowa zlecenie — or by invoice if you have your own business.
- No more expense invoices for fuel, parts or equipment.
What you need to do
If you ride through a partner, sign a new umowa zlecenie with them. A foreigner needs a basis for legal work — for example an oświadczenie o powierzeniu pracy or a work permit. Partners set deadlines for the switch; without a new contract your account may be blocked.
Tax and contributions
On an umowa zlecenie the partner withholds tax advances and contributions according to your situation. Under 26 the youth relief (ulga dla młodych) applies, and pupils and students under 26 pay no ZUS contributions on an umowa zlecenie.
