How it works
- The customer pays the courier in cash on delivery.
- The cash collected appears on the courier’s balance in the app.
- It is settled through the weekly payout — the cash amount is deducted from it.
What it means for couriers
More orders from customers who prefer cash, and money in hand straight away. Keep an eye on your cash balance in the app so you do not go over the limit.
How to start
You join Bolt Food through a settlement partner — no business of your own. The partner signs the contract with you, settles your orders and pays you out.
You see the fee for every order in the app before you accept it.
